Rumi Overseas Employment Agency was incepted in July’2016 against the backdrop of escalating youth unemployment in the country. The company aimed at recruiting and employing Bhutanese jobseekers abroad to ease the situation of youth unemployment as well as to obtain opportunities for the jobseekers to get secure and well paying jobs.
